- Joined Lyntone School of Dancing in 1987
- Completed in competitions all over the country in solo’s, pair’s and teams
- Represented the Midlands in the ADFP Finals
- Competed in Dollymites, Ritzy, Minitones, Young Image and Classic Image
- Won the East Coast Festival in 1995
- Joined the United Kingdom Freestyle Display team performing at the NIA
- Qualified for Disco Queen Finals at Blackpool
- Amateur exams taken in Ballroom and Latin
- Associate Freestyle exam in 2005
- Nominated for a John Dilworth Scholarship in 2005
- Associate Rock’n’Roll exam in 2006
- Attended professional seminars across the country
- Has helped choreography dance shows
- Has helped raise over £7000 for charity

- Successfully trained three students to take their Student Freestyle exam
- Helped choreograph charity shows
- Has helped raise over £7000 for charity
